1) Write a sentence for each of the words you have already looked for its definition in the dictionary (exercise C7).
2) Do exercises 8, 9, 11 and 12.
3) Scan the text "Gum disease" and look for connectors (such as nevertheless and although) to add to the list we have been working with in class.
4) In unit 17 we read some articles about ecological matters the world is confronting. Investigate about some other damages the human beings are causing to their planet and write a newspaper article about it. Remember to use the new vocabluary you have learnt, and give special attention to the connectors you use. Write at least 150 words.
